I have for quite some time wanted to change the 'chestnut brown' colour of my interior as it does not suit the black paintwork.
Putting off expensive recovers, selling existing and buying replacement, new custom interior etc., I decided to go down the vinyl 'dye' route.
Instructions were to 'dust' on the contents of the spray can but I chose to ignore that and sprayed 3 full coats waiting about 20 minutes in between coats.
I chose Ivory as that is the interior colour of my Range Rover and love it but the 'ivory' sent was more like a creamy beige which is an exact match of my Volvo interior, which I still love.
I am astonished and totally amazed at the transformation. Only done a test panel but if the rest come up like this, then I will be a happy man. How long it lasts, only time will tell but after only one day I have given it a good rubbing with a dry cloth and paper and still shows no sign of de grading or wear.
Pictures too big to post so will post when downsized.
