On fleabay a good nick chrome fuel cap commands over £100, if not more..., they seem susceptible to tarnishing, has anyone had one rechromed ...? What does it cost to do it, mines ok, but keep an eye out, but they do command good money !

It was a while ago now when i had my fuel cap rechromed , the guy on ebay chrome world did it ,came out okay , but it can be a bit of hit and mis getting them done well as there made of that monkey metal ( mazake)

I had mine done buy the same guy probably around 8years ago and it's still good. But I have to say that is the only thing he did for me that still is everything else had to be redone. I have found a Guy in Crawley near Gatwick. Anyone interested I dig out his number good price as well.
