Watched the F1 qualifying yesterday and just wanted him to not make it. Why does he annoy me so much.

for many years we have been bending over backwards for bame people and that's good

I fear race relations will go back 20 odd years because of this

Lewis is the best driver by quite some way, this then lets him be a dick. Drives for Merc who of course looked after Jews in the war. White privilege? I don’t have a private Jet or earn £30M per year. He’s still a fantastic driver and I’ll support that all day long

You don’t get any grief from us, we put our heads down and work and are grateful that we’re in a country that doesn’t want to run a tank over us because we think the government are shite - mind you would tje UK hAve enough tanks?

The ARMY have possibly got enough tanks but whether they will work with the REME looking after them is a different matter. Top 10% of the ARMY as they say, just goes to show what a bad state the 90% is.

I was involved in a joint project years ago, My company, Go Ahead London, donated a double deck bus which was destined to become a mobile class room and library In Ghana. other partners were Newcastle University and the REME based at the Woolwich barracks. The overhaul of the vehicle and some modification's for the African climate where done in house, the REME did some internal work like making the seats oppose each other and fabricating tables etc. I spent a lot time at Woolwich but didn't see much going on in their workshops but to be fair they they did some good work on our project, the one thing they were absolutely brilliant at was drinking. To this day I've never seen a group of blokes drink so much and be back at work the next morning. |
