Chaps - this new site is brill, only just come across it (ooer missus) - each of you in this post have helped me over my 23 years of Stag ownership which I again thank you for. I still don't have the funds to do many Stag things but during lockdown have tinkered - even painted my rocker covers red FFS . Those that know my car will remember it at each of the Brands Days (red and with the ugly scoop - I've only ever missed one of these Days out and that was last year when the wife gave me a surprise weekend away - her bruises have reduced since ... Hope u r all well and love to have a banter site again !! oh and remember - In Days gone by we used to have Kingdoms run by Kings and Empires run by Emperors, now all we have is Countries................ Cheers Ian

This forum will have to sort out something, whether it’s everybody to meet at one national shows or meet somewhere where we can actually drive our cars ( or in my case the friendly brother-in-laws). I know there is many a dis-used airfield knocking around the UK, especially in the south.
It’s just gonna be a case of finding where and when and not to be affected by this lockdown/virus that’s been knocking around. Might not be until next year, but I’m aware a few people were trying to sort some things out for this year but had to put them on hold because of what’s been happening over the last few months.
Has anybody got any ideas?

Has anybody got any ideas? Great Idea, I think the first move would be to get a general idea of where the majority of folk are located. I'm just inside the M25 (South London) lots of places and Sunday Breakfast meets happen locally, 30 miles or so away and I know a few on here who would travel in for other directions. A few of us used to meet up at Newlands corner a few years ago. (https://www.surreywildlifetrust.org/nature-reserves/newlands-corner) on a good day we might have had 10 stags there, plus the other classics and the motorbike meetings. Just sharing an option ?

M25 is a bit far for me.
Now my car is taxed, only one or two issues to sort out (oh really). Be good if a group could meet up in the, Devon, Cornwall or Somerset sort of area. Possibly have to wait till the weather sorts itself out, as it’s been hammering It down all day with loads of thunder, and looks similar for the next few days.

Sounds a great idea. I’m in South Devon. It would be good to put faces to names.
